Individual Booking

For individual booking the officially appointed accomodation agency Viajes Iberia Congresos has reserved a number of hotels located in the city center of Malaga.

Please find below the list of hotels booked for the congress by the congress accommodation secretariat. Click in the hotel name to a have a view. Hotels rate are per room per night with breakfast and taxes included.

A) Online Individual accommodation
An easy, efficient, and secure way to register is by registering and books your hotel online. The online accommodation form as well as full instructions to assist you in completing is now available.
For online accommodation only payments by credit card are permitted.

B) Individual accommodation by fax or mail
You may also register and book your hotel by fax or mail by completing and returning the attached and accommodation form. Send the form along with payment information to the Congress Secretariat. Upon receipt of payment you will be sent the confirmation of your hotel reservation.
Bank transfer and credit card payments are permitted for registrations by fax or mail.

Cancellation and refund policy

All incoming requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. The payment of the total amount of your hotel reservation is required. No hotel reservations will be processed and confirmed until receipt of the corresponding payment.

VIAJES IBERIA CONGRESOS is authorized to reserve an alternative accommodation at another category should your preferences be unavailable.

Payment/Deposit

• A deposit is required to secure a hotel room. Room deposit will vary depending on the chosen hotel.
• The balance due should be paid directly to the hotel upon check out. All price are in Euros and include room, Breakfast and sales taxes.
• The deposit has to be paid either by credit card (preferred) or bank transfer (bank transfer will be accepted until September 1st), after that date only payments by credit card payments will be accepted.
• Upon receipt of valid credit card details or signed guarantee of payment of deposit, a confirmation with all relevant information of the reservation will be sent you.

Cancellations, Changes and No-Shows

• In the event of cancellation before September 1st, the deposit will be refunded, less a handling charge of 50 EUR. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of night.
• In the event of cancellation between September 2nd and September 29th , the deposit will be charge as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights.
• In the event of cancellation/reductions in the number of nights or no show, from 30th September, the entire booking period will be charged.
