Meeting Awards

The best presentations will be awarded with EUR 2.000 by ESSM’s Award Committees.
1. Prize for the best presentation on FSD (preclinical)
2. Prize for the best presentation on FSD (clinical)
3. Prize for the best presentation on MSD (preclinical)
4. Prize for the best presentation on MSD (clinical)
5. Prize for the best surgical presentation

The ESSM Prestige Awards

The Executive Committee of ESSM decided to establish two awards to be presented during the annual meetings of the society:

The ESSM Career Award
This award will be presented to a senior scientist who has made an outstanding contribution in the field.
The Executive and Scientific Committees will decide the award winner, and the award winner will be presented during the Opening Ceremony.

The ESSM Award of Excellence
This award is presented annually to a physician or scientist (either in basic sciences or clinical practice) who has made recent exceptional achievement in the field. Special consideration will be given to applications from less-experienced researchers in Sexual Medicine. Applicants of the Award of Excellence may send a detailed curriculum vitae, including publications (impact factor of the journals is necessary) and citations (SCI 2002):

The award-winning scientist will present a state-of-the-art lecture as the ESSM Award Lecture during the Congress.
